As an entirely volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, our Center is built on a strong foundation of dedicated leadership and community service. Working alongside our experienced Board of Directors, the next President will help shape the future of this treasured community resource.

We recently completed a major interior renovation and are in a strong financial position, with healthy reserves and an extensive network of community contacts. Our recent 75th anniversary celebration drew more than 250 attendees, reflecting the community’s strong support for our Center.
The stage is set, and we’re excited to welcome our next community leader! We’re looking for someone with a heart for service who can bring people together, inspire and support our dedicated board and volunteers, and help us build on our momentum by strengthening our programs, events, facilities, and community partnerships. Our current President will step down by early January to devote more time to growing professional and family commitments.
The rewards of this volunteer leadership role are rich! While it currently requires several hours per week, that commitment can decrease as our growing volunteer team takes on more responsibilities.
Our events bring hundreds of community members together each year, and our affordable rental facilities serve dozens of local families and businesses. This rewarding leadership opportunity could be an ideal fit for a recent retiree, a self-employed professional with a flexible schedule, or anyone with the time, leadership skills, and desire to make a difference in our community.
You’ll build on a strong foundation, working alongside a dedicated Board and a talented, committed team of volunteers who already provide leadership in their respective areas. With support from our outgoing President, you’ll provide the overall direction that brings these efforts together and guides the Center into its next chapter.
