Include Set up & Clean up – Clean up must be completed after function unless other arrangements have been made.

A. I agree to return the Community Center keys to ____________________ at ____________________ as soon as clean up is completed.

B. I understand my deposit will be forfeited if clean up is not adequate, or not completed by the time agreed. Clean up includes chairs properly stacked in rakes, and tables stacked on rack (long tables on bottom and shorter ones on top).

C. I am entitled to use the facilities at the agreed price.

D. Cancellation Policy:
Your deposit will not be refunded unless you cancel more than 30 calendar days before the date of scheduled function.
